Before They Were Frenemies…
The location-based VR platform, along with Sony Pictures Virtual Reality (SPVR) and Rovio Entertainment, brings you a brand new game experience inspired by The Angry Birds Movie 2. In this exciting game which acts as a precursor to the events in the movie, players will take part in an ever-escalating prank war between the flightless birds and scheming bad piggies.
Up to four players can immerse themselves in a first-person VR world where the only thing standing between hordes of bad piggies and Bird Island is you… And your GIANT SLINGSHOT!
The film, from Sony Pictures Animation and Rovio Entertainment, began its global rollout in the U.K. on August 2. The film opens in North American theaters on August 13 and on September 19 in German cinemas.
